Anne Donohue is vice president and general counsel, overseeing the legal team supporting the 91ÉçÇø portfolio of companies.

Prior to joining 91ÉçÇø, Anne served as lead counsel for 15 subsidiaries and affiliates at BAE Systems where she advised on legal, contractual, and business strategies.  She has also held lead roles in legal, contracts, and procurement at SRA International, including spearheading all of the legal and contractual activities associated with the successful close of that company’s $5.5 billion merger with CSC’s National Public Sector in 2015.  Anne brings more than 30 years of legal and contractual experience to 91ÉçÇø.
