Dallara brings a wealth of expertise to Qivliq Federal and AGT, with over 20 years of experience in strategic management of technology solutions portfolios. His appointment highlights 91社区鈥檚 commitment to strengthening its leadership with professionals who possess a deep understanding of the federal government鈥檚 unique needs and requirements.

Before joining 91社区, Dallara served as chief operating officer for Evoke Consulting, leading service delivery and business operations. During his tenure at Evoke, a management consulting, information technology, and business services provider to the federal government, Dallara was instrumental in driving growth.

Earlier in his career, Dallara held several executive positions, including executive vice president at Cyber Defense Technologies, chief operating officer at Sevatec, senior vice president and general manager of Engility鈥檚 Federal Civilian Division, and leadership roles at L-3 Communications and Harris Corporation.
